Porn Manager 2 ??????? The Villa Review

We're not too sure what was going through the developers' heads when they came up with the premise for Porn Manager but it has proved to be quite a cult hit.

As with any fresh idea, whether it's a game or a film, if it's a success then there will be a sequel. More often than not, at least for films, the sequels don't quite capture the magic and creativity of the original.

When it comes to mobile gaming, sequels aren't usually that hard to conjure up. Just add a few levels, tweak the graphics and you should come up with a big selling crowd pleaser. Well, that's the plan for your average puzzle/plaform game. But how do you make a sequel to Porn Manager? If you've forgotten or are new to the mobile gaming universe, your challenge in Porn Manager was to create an adult movie studio and empire from scratch. As with any start-up, you have to get down and dirty and use some elbow grease or any other ubricant to get ahead in the industry. It was an excellent game where all the seedy elements and toys were presented with the usual Handy Games charm and it worked really well.

Porn Manager 2 sees your character coming to the end of his suckcessful life. The Grim Reaper is knocking on his door and the only left for Hugh Hugo to do is party, score with the ladies and hope his endorphins can stretch his life out a bit longer. Success brings its rewards in the shape of a huge villa, the adoration of young (over 18) girls and plenty of money.

The aim is really just to encourage as many girls as you can to stay at your villa and have some fun. Unlike the original, there are no building upgrades and the villa has everything you could want and allows you to perform anything, anywhere. You are free to host parties, take your girls on expensive holidays and of course have some fun in the swimming pool or the kitchen or the sofa, etc. The happier your girls are, the more likely they will stay and not dump your wrinkly body and therefore the longer you should live. Keep the girls happy and glam will also generate some cash from photo shoots that you can arrange.

The graphics haven't come on a long way since last year but the animation is certainly more risque. There are no puffs of pink smoke to hide your modesty just a few well positioned items of furniture. The control system

As well designed and developed that the game is, it doesn't draw you in to fully appreciate all the hard work that has gone. Whether it's the fact that there is nothing to upgrade and work towards or just the fact that popping Viagra and extending an old codger's life is not something that appealing, we don't know. At the end of the day, Porn Manager 2 has some big assets and great features but lacks the initial addictive nature.
