The astute among you will have realised that we have reviewed Ancient Ruins 1 and 2 already.

Once again, this is along similar lines. However, I do rate this edition better than the previous two. The game is graphically better and more enjoyable to play.

Th game is set in the icy mountains so we have plenty of bright white snow/ice to admire. This just helps to brighten up the whole game. You character is a man with a mace and a mission to find a bunch of runes and unlock the magical seals. The puzzles in this one are slightly harder and the game as a whole is more challenging. As always check out our hints if you feel like being a cheat.

A very short review but basically better graphics and gameplay than its predecessors. A worthy addition to the series.
