Costas Stephanidess Review
A bomberman clone with an adventure twist.
This is a definite must-buy game for all you Bomberman freaks. Aikia follows the same basic principles. You have to move around the level dropping spells which will eventually explode. Hopefully you will be able to destroy a few enemies in the explosion. Kill all the enemies and then proceed to the next level.
What I did like about the game was the background and its style. They've given the game an actual plot and it gives the game a bit more purpose and meaning.
The graphics are good and the controls are also up to scratch. The levels are laid out in quite an open manner and are not in a strict grid-like format. There are plenty of enemies to battle, some with their own spells and greater AI than others. Its quite a challenge. There are plenty of other things to do in the level; treasure chests and power ups can be obtained.
I'm not sure how many levels there are, but it has kept me busy so the longevity can be too bad.
