Best Fighting Award

We all love a fighting game now and again and we thought that developers had steered clear of them. Well, they found a way back by converting some of our old favourites. It's always going to be tricky for a fighting game to work on a phone and I don't think we're going to see Tekken or VF anytime soon, but our finalists had some pretty good offerings.

Fatal Fury

Karma Fighter

A traditional fighting game that looks great and has all the classic moves in there. Click here for the review.

Street Fighter II

The granddaddy that sparked the genre, the game looks absolutely great and the developers have gone for one button special moves! Click here for the review.

X-Men III

Lots of characters, cool powers and plenty of baddies to beat up. And end of level bosses too! Click here for the review.

As much as I am a fighting games aficionado, I was a comics fan first and it's so much cooler to be able to claw your way around as Logan or blast people with ice as Iceman.
